With a higher education background in business, engineering, or university, you will have at least 3 years of experience in B2B service sales, ideally within the energy sector. You are comfortable conducting meetings in decision-making environments (Executive Directors, Financial Directors, Technical Departments). You have a strong command of office tools and CRM systems. Your English proficiency is at a professional level. You must possess the following qualities:Commercial mindset and a passion for the field. Desire to learn, with a technical and financial curiosity. Excellent interpersonal skills, with clear and structured communication. About the job

As part of the growth of our EPSA Energy Business Line, we are currently seeking a Business Development Manager for a permanent position to expand our financing and support services for energy performance projects.

In this role, you will collaborate with the executive, financial, and technical departments of our clients to promote our financing solutions and optimize their energy transition efforts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and qualifying commercial opportunities related to energy performance projects.
  • Advising clients on the most suitable financing solutions, including CEE schemes, third-party financing, and grants.
  • Structuring and presenting customized offers in coordination with technical and financial teams.
  • Participating in the negotiation and conclusion of financing contracts.
  • Maintaining regular follow-ups with clients and contributing to the development of regional partnerships.
  • Conducting active monitoring of support mechanisms, regulatory changes, and market trends related to the energy transition.
