Join EnerMech as a Business Development Manager and lead the charge in generating new revenue streams within our Industrial and Infrastructure Services division. This pivotal role is designed for a proactive, results-driven professional who excels in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities across targeted markets. You will engage in a hunter-style approach, focusing on securing contracts and constructing a robust pipeline of prospects, leveraging our comprehensive suite of services, including topside and subsea services, pre-commissioning and commissioning, pipeline maintenance, nitrogen purging, dewatering, drying, hydraulic flushing, chemical cleaning, leak testing, bolting and torquing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek and secure new business ventures across target sectors and key clientele.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads that align with EnerMech's core offerings.
  • Forge and nurture strategic relationships with decision-makers and influencers in potential client organizations.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and support the contract negotiation process for EnerMech's services.
  • Position EnerMech's integrated capabilities to address client operational challenges and set our offerings apart.
  • Drive revenue growth by converting leads into secured contracts and enhancing market presence.
  • Provide consistent updates on the sales pipeline, forecasts, and market intelligence to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to align service capabilities with client demands, especially during call-out and turnaround activities.
  • Identify emerging market trends, competitor movements, and new entry points to refine the business development strategy.
  • Assist in resolving client challenges by leveraging relationships to safeguard and expand opportunities.
