The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth by sourcing, onboarding, training, and engaging Business Associates including leading travel agencies, diagnostic centers, and pharmacy networks within the assigned territory to achieve targeted patient referrals annually.
Key responsibilities include identifying and establishing partnerships with secondary and tertiary care hospitals and doctors within the designated area to maximize patient referrals. The manager will also curate a list of referring doctors, including Texila alumni, and implement value-added training and e-learning programs to foster loyal and sustained referrals.
Additionally, the role entails planning and executing a variety of above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities aimed at engaging and sourcing patients seeking high-end medical procedures abroad.
