What you will do
- Find and evaluate new business prospects within targeted B2B markets.
- Develop and carry out business development plans to reach revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to align offerings with client needs.
- Research the market, analyze competitors, and assess industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and business cases for potential clients.
- Oversee major accounts to support high client satisfaction and retention.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports and forecasts for senior leadership.
- Represent weekday-1 at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
