This is not your average BDR position. You will not merely follow a pre-established playbook; instead, you'll be creating it. Your Role

As a BDR, you will be the driving force behind our sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers.

  • Strategic Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage with target accounts, focusing on Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Automotive sectors through various channels including cold calls, personalized email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and AI-driven insights.

  • Utilize Technology: Master our sales tools (Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo) to effectively manage your sales pipeline, execute targeted campaigns, and meticulously document all interactions.

  • Communicate Value: Confidently convey the MegazoneCloud value proposition to technical leaders, from VPs of Engineering to CIOs, while uncovering their fundamental infrastructure challenges.

  • Qualify & Convert Leads: Demonstrate your skills by overcoming objections, identifying qualified sales opportunities, and arranging discovery meetings for your Account Executive partners.

  • Develop the Playbook: As a vital member of a startup, contribute to the creation and refinement of our email templates, call scripts, and prospecting strategies. Your insights will guide our success.

  • Collaborative Success: Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns, gather market feedback, and ensure seamless transitions for new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-3+ years in B2B sales or business development roles, preferably in SaaS, IaaS, or technology services. We prioritize impact and learning over mere tenure.

  • Resilience: You are a self-motivated individual who excels in uncertain environments. You have a track record of navigating challenges and overcoming significant objections.

  • Passion for Technology: A keen interest in technological advancements and their application in business contexts.
