Your Role:

As a Business Development Representative, you will generate high-quality sales leads for our AMER/EMEA Account Executive teams. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, building relationships, and initiating the sales process. Your contributions will be integral to the success and expansion of our sales team and overall organization.

Location Requirements:

Candidates should reside in proximity to our Pasadena, CA office and be willing to work on-site for two days each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify prospects through calls, emails, social media, and marketing outreach.

  • Manage and prospect accounts effectively, adhering to provided cadences.

  • Engage in high-level discussions with technical and business decision-makers.

  • Conduct thorough research on prospects, identify key contacts, and maintain Salesforce records.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives for strategic alignment on a weekly basis.

  • Meet daily KPIs for contact volume through calls and emails.
