About the Role
Asana is looking for a Business Development Representative to join the EMEA Sales team in Dublin. This position focuses on building strong, lasting relationships with customers through a user-centered approach to marketing and sales. The team supports growth by helping smaller clients expand into larger partnerships, using a bottom-up enterprise sales strategy.
What You Will Do
- Connect with both current Asana users and new prospects across the EMEA region
- Reach out through email, phone, and social media to engage targeted contacts
- Generate qualified sales opportunities for Corporate and Enterprise sales teams
- Share customer feedback with the product team to help address technical, educational, and competitive challenges

Work Location and Schedule
This role is based in the Dublin office and follows a hybrid schedule. Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most team members work from home on Wednesdays. Friday schedules depend on team collaboration needs. Details about in-office expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
