  • The Business Operations Manager position at Toss Securities is part of the Business Development Team.
  • The Business Development Team is dedicated to enhancing the user experience with our products and identifying new business opportunities to improve the company's revenue strength.
  • This involves negotiating optimal contracts with partners, managing them effectively, and leveraging insights gained from the field to suggest new business initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

  • As a Business Operations Manager, your primary focus will be supporting contract management. You will assist the Business Development Managers with various tasks related to contract execution, including cost billing, execution oversight, and expiration management.
  • This role requires close collaboration with the Business Development Managers and various teams at Toss Securities, including product, legal, and compliance teams.
  • You will also analyze the operational effectiveness of contracts and conduct research to identify new business opportunities.

We Are Looking For

  • Individuals with over 5 years of hands-on experience in business support, settlement, or operational roles within IT, startups, or the financial sector.
  • Experience managing multiple contracts, including support for execution, cost billing/execution, and renewal management.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • A solid understanding of the securities industry will be a plus.
  • The ability to define and resolve various issues arising during the contract management process with flexible thinking is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting, taxation, or finance will be advantageous.
