Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.3+ years of experience in BPM or a related field. Strong knowledge of BPM methodologies and tools. Proficiency in process modeling and analysis techniques. Experience with BPM software (e.g., Appian, Camunda, jBPMN, Kogito). Familiarity with process improvement techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong project management capabilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Experience in process mapping and optimization. Experience implementing BPM solutions. BPM certifications (e.g., CBPP, OCEB) are preferred. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Join our dynamic team in Rome as a Business Process Management (BPM) Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in a variety of BPM projects. In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing the functional requirements of BPM systems and applications. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Designing and modeling new processes using advanced BPM methodologies and tools.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements effectively.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of processes, including process maps and standard operating procedures.
  • Implementing BPM solutions and monitoring their performance.
  • Conducting data analysis to measure process effectiveness and identify trends.
  • Providing training and support to end-users on new processes and BPM tools.
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging BPM technologies.
