Your Contribution

As a pivotal member of Axon's Business Solutions team, you will take on the role of Business Solutions Architect/Product Manager, overseeing our Sales Systems and Enablement portfolio. This position involves managing the delivery and ongoing enhancement of essential platforms that facilitate the entire sales lifecycle—from opportunity management and quoting to forecasting, deal execution, and sales analytics.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Sales organization, collaborating closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to identify business requirements, foster strong relationships, and translate those needs into scalable solutions.

Your immediate focus will be on leading high-impact initiatives aimed at enhancing sales productivity, deal velocity, and pipeline visibility. This includes improvements in quoting, forecasting, and sales workflows. Over time, you will assume responsibility as the product owner for designated sales systems, shaping roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and ensuring measurable business impact across the Sales organization.

A vital aspect of this position involves close collaboration with IT and Engineering teams, where you will spearhead rapid prototyping of ideas, validate solutions with stakeholders, and transition them into production-ready capabilities.

You will own the outcome of what gets delivered; the technical teams will be responsible for the implementation.
