The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate individual to fill the position of Care Experience Manager. Reporting to the General Manager of Pennsylvania, this Full-Time Hybrid role is based in Philadelphia, PA. In this capacity, you will lead and develop a team of Family Associates and Coordinators, ensuring that every interaction exemplifies excellence, empathy, and meaningful impact. You will be responsible for shaping systems, scaling support processes, and driving measurable outcomes to support families facing intricate healthcare challenges.
