In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Utilizing evidence-based methods, you will teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills, all while helping to reduce challenging behaviors. We seek individuals who are dedicated to assisting children with autism in reaching their full potential. Patience, compassion, and teamwork are essential qualities for success in this role.

Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and empowered to support each child effectively, regardless of your prior experience. As this role involves working with children who may exhibit unpredictable behaviors, physical stamina is required, as you will be engaging in various movements including standing, walking, sitting, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
