To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Genuine passion for assisting children with autism Demonstrated patience, compassion, and teamwork skills Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or GED is required Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and pass a Tuberculosis test (if not done in the last year) Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check Physical ability to perform various movements (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.) Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
