Genuine enthusiasm for supporting children with autism Exceptional patience, empathy, and teamwork skills Minimum age of 18 years High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test (if not done in the past year) Successful completion of a pre-employment background check Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, squatting, and lifting Capability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds

This rewarding position allows you to work closely with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

As a Behavior Technician, you'll utilize evidence-based strategies to foster communication, social skills, and daily living abilities while effectively addressing challenging behaviors. Your passion for helping children achieve their full potential will be key in this role.

We are looking for individuals who are patient, compassionate, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you feel confident and capable, even if you lack prior experience. Please be aware that working with children can be physically demanding, requiring you to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, and occasionally lift or carry items or children weighing up to 50 pounds.
