Join our rapidly expanding USA Sales team as a Channel Account Manager at Teltonika Networks. In this role, you will engage with our extensive portfolio of networking devices, focusing on building and enhancing relationships with our Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partners.
Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit specializes in developing and manufacturing cutting-edge industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, including routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our products are pivotal in advanced sectors like Industry 4.0, Smart Cities, and Green Energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with both new and existing Channel VAR partners, overseeing daily operations and support.
- Conduct training sessions to educate VAR partners on Teltonika's diverse networking solutions.
- Differentiate Teltonika Networks from competitors through consistent communication and ongoing product training.
- Develop business plans and set monthly/quarterly revenue targets with VAR partners, while providing timely and accurate reports on partner activities.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and senior team members to align on market requirements and prepare quarterly marketing plans for each VAR.
- Represent Teltonika at exhibitions, meetings, and trade shows to showcase our networking products.
- Coordinate with internal Teltonika sales teams to understand the structure of VAR Channel sales teams.
- Utilize our in-house CRM system to log accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities effectively.
- Organize engaging activities such as lunch and learns with carrier and VAR sales teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in account management.
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Results-driven, organized, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze information and make independent decisions.
- Preferred: Experience with carrier sales teams.
