The Role

We seek a detail-oriented and highly effective communicator to enhance GoGuardian’s expanding channel partner ecosystem through clear and impactful communications and enablement programs. This channel-focused role is dedicated to partner readiness and sales enablement, distinct from wider marketing initiatives aimed at end customers.
This position will be crucial in equipping our partners with the necessary information, tools, and resources to effectively promote and sell GoGuardian solutions. The Channel Account Manager will design and implement partner-focused communications, develop enablement materials, and support the continuous enhancement of partner training and engagement initiatives.


You will collaborate closely with Channel Account Managers, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Sales leadership to ensure that partner messaging, programs, and enablement resources are conveyed consistently and tailored specifically for the channel sales approach.


Success in this role will be evaluated based on the effectiveness of partner communications, the quality of enablement resources, and the overall engagement and preparedness of GoGuardian’s partner ecosystem.
This position is classified as a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be located in the Chicagoland area, with an expectation of working from CDW offices in downtown Chicago a minimum of two days per week.
