**Department Overview:** The IT Private Banking team serves as the technology partner for Credit Suisse's Private Banking division, offering tailored IT solutions that address the specific needs of our global business and operations units. Our comprehensive services span the IT value chain, including requirements engineering, development, deployment, maintenance, change management, and support.


We strive to forge strong partnerships with our business stakeholders to maximize the impact of their IT investments and fulfill their strategic priorities. Our objective is to leverage technology as a long-term competitive advantage for Credit Suisse.


We manage various platforms that support existing systems while enabling enhancements and new developments, allowing us to respond swiftly to customer inquiries and anticipate future demands.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Utilize Charles River product knowledge to interface with High Touch Trading Support (HT), analyzing issues to provide timely solutions.
  • Coordinate and resolve data-related production issues efficiently.
  • Maintain effective communication with HT, clients, and IT management, acting as a liaison among business units, vendors, and support teams.
  • Escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for reporting and data issues and requests.
  • Build relationships with other IT groups to ensure all issues are addressed promptly and effectively, keeping users updated throughout the process.
  • Document production applications and infrastructure comprehensively.
  • Ensure required levels of infrastructure support and collaborate with internal teams as needed.
  • Oversee the maintenance of trading environments in collaboration with the Environment Manager.
  • Engage in troubleshooting, development of support procedures, testing, and implementation of systems.
