The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Chief of Staff to support the Founder of Mitti Labs as we embark on our next growth phase. This strategic, high-responsibility position is pivotal in enhancing the Founder’s capacity in fundraising, organizational scaling, and executing critical initiatives. Responsibilities include capital raising (VC, strategic, and debt), preparation of strategic and board materials, recruitment support, and managing cross-functional projects that span science, operations, commercial, and finance teams. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in rapid environments, value diligent work, and are eager for significant responsibilities early in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
Founder Support
- Prepare essential communication documents, including All-Hands Meeting presentations, Quarterly/Annual Planning slides, and Board Meeting materials.
- Collaborate with the Founder and executive leaders to set long-term strategic objectives and develop actionable operational plans to meet them.
- Proactively identify challenges and opportunities across the organization, drafting memos and policies to propose solutions.
Integrator
- Ensure effective communication across the leadership team, preventing silos and aligning priorities.
- Keep the leadership team focused on their goals and monitor deliverables.
