WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be instrumental in crafting an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your role includes welcoming patrons, guiding them throughout our store, and assisting them in locating their desired items while showcasing our diverse product range. You will be responsible for:
Sharing your expertise in fashion and product details to empower customers in making informed decisions.
Collaborating closely with your team to ensure outstanding service throughout the customer journey.
Maintaining a well-stocked, organized, and appealing sales floor and back of house.
Assisting with the opening and closing procedures of the store.
Positively representing yourself and the H&M brand in all customer interactions.

Together with your team, you will help customers feel confident and express their individuality through the latest trends and timeless styles.
