Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chief Yacht Officer to spearhead our upcoming nationwide yacht party series. This role involves organizing 10 exclusive yacht events across the United States, each designed to host 100 Ditto users for unique blind date experiences. You will be tasked with overseeing every aspect of these high-profile college social gatherings to ensure an unparalleled experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute 10 yacht party events in major U. S. cities.
Manage participant logistics, including invitations, travel arrangements, and on-site experiences.
Design and implement event flow to foster enjoyable and meaningful blind-date connections among Ditto users.
Lead event staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations throughout each event.
Guarantee safety, compliance, and an optimal user experience at all events.
Collaborate with marketing and community teams to promote events across campuses and on social media.
