RequirementsEssential Skills1-4 years of experience in client management roles, ideally with clients from the US, Canada, or the UK via phone communication. A genuine passion for client service, coupled with excellent soft skills and professional telephone etiquette. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. A growth mindset, eager to learn and adapt to new challenges. Creative, enthusiastic, and energetic personality, capable of presenting ideas clearly and persuasively. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Logical and rational approach to problem-solving, facilitating effective decision-making. Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in high-pressure situations. Willingness to work from the office for one week, twice a year, as per team requirements. This position operates on a 5-day work week, with rotational week-offs, and requires working night shifts starting at 9:30 PM. Scheduled breaks will be provided to ensure productivity and well-being throughout the workday. Workspace RequirementsA private work area conducive to handling calls effectively. Prepared for video calls at all times, as maintaining human connection is vital while working remotely. High-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBPS for both download and upload), preferably wired (LAN). Power backup is necessary in case of frequent power interruptions.

  • Address client inquiries concerning account updates, billing questions, or general concerns via phone, email, and chat, all while adhering to response time requirements and ensuring follow-up for resolution.

  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments (Product Development/Billing) to guarantee timely and effective solutions to client issues.

  • Proactively identify client needs and challenges, taking initiative to foster a positive client experience.

  • Establish and nurture strong, trustworthy relationships with clients through open and engaging communication.

  • Work alongside the team to analyze key performance indicators related to client satisfaction, retention, and engagement, striving to improve these metrics in alignment with team goals.
