About the Role:
The Client Care Advisor is pivotal in guiding families through one of life's most significant decisions: selecting the appropriate care for a loved one. This multifaceted role combines consultative sales, care coordination, and ongoing relationship management, ensuring families are supported from initial inquiry through to service commencement and beyond.
You will conduct thorough consultations to ascertain each client’s specific needs and readiness, transforming that insight into tailored care plans. Your accountability spans the journey from inquiry to initiation, guaranteeing a seamless onboarding experience and fostering enduring client engagement.
As the relationship evolves, you will maintain close ties with clients and families, conducting regular reassessments, ensuring service excellence, and adjusting care as circumstances change. Collaborating with scheduling and operations teams, you will ensure dependable service delivery while upholding rigorous standards for documentation and compliance.
Success in this role is quantified by consult-to-start conversion rates, client satisfaction metrics, and long-term client retention. Outstanding performers blend empathy with strategic decision-making, establishing trust rapidly, instilling a sense of urgency, and empowering families to make confident decisions.
This position entails significant fieldwork, including in-person consultations, service initiation, and quality assurance visits. You will also need to navigate sensitive family dynamics, urgent situations, and occasional after-hours engagements.
This role necessitates approximately 75% travel in the field throughout the Santa Rosa and Sonoma County area, requiring reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends. The position offers annual on-target earnings between $80,000 and $95,000, with 20% derived from uncapped monthly commissions.
