Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding journey for new clients, conducting up to four client meetings to gather requirements and set clear expectations.
  • Create and maintain standardized onboarding processes and documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure a seamless client transition.
  • Deliver training and ongoing support to clients to maximize their use of our software solutions.
  • Address any client concerns during the onboarding process, escalating issues to the relevant teams for resolution.
  • Track client progress throughout onboarding and ensure timely achievement of milestones.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and their agencies, providing updates and collecting feedback to meet onboarding timelines.
  • Stay informed about product innovations and industry best practices to offer valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
