Role Overview: As an integral part of the Direct Representatives Team, you will be pivotal in promoting our services to clients, ensuring smooth activation and ongoing support for merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and articulate Viva.com’s omnichannel payment solutions to clients, offering detailed information and guidance on effective implementation;
- Engage with clients both on-site and digitally to address the needs of both physical and online merchants;
- Facilitate merchants with verification and activation processes;
- Assist in integrating Viva.com e-commerce payment solutions, including payment gateways, checkout tools, and APIs;
- Monitor and assess portfolio performance;
- Support existing merchants to ensure active usage of our services;
- Escalate issues and create cases for problems outside of your resolution capabilities;
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the merchant experience both digitally and in-store;
- Travel for client meetings and industry events.
