We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative to join our vibrant team in fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment. This role emphasizes a workplace that is Fast, Fun, Friendly, and Professional, prioritizing superior verbal and written communication skills. While flexibility in scheduling is appreciated, weekend work is generally not required. The position necessitates in-person engagement, focusing on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to clients and participants.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide on-site support to clients, ensuring a premier hospitality experience.
  • Welcome participants and clients, building a friendly yet professional rapport.
  • Verify project materials for accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Participate in audio and video recording tasks.
  • Execute additional administrative, reception, and hospitality responsibilities as needed.
