Responsibilities:Assist clients in gathering primary research insights to develop and enhance business-critical strategies, including market entry, product launches, acquisitions, and licensing agreements. Manage client requests outside of NY and Boston business hours, addressing project scope adjustments, expert scheduling, follow-up inquiries, and facilitating new project requests. Leverage your expertise to research, identify, and recruit suitable experts for private discussions, meetings, and surveys, connecting them with clients. Create effective screening criteria, understand compliance needs, and become proficient in Guidepoint’s proprietary CRM system. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Relationship Management teams to maximize client utilization of Guidepoint’s services.
