As a Client Services Associate at tgs, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients and our production team. Your key responsibilities will include managing project initiation, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding new project initiatives through our centralized technology platform.
Collaborate with the production team to evaluate project scopes and provide accurate cost and timeline estimates for translation projects.
Initiate project workflows by delivering comprehensive budgets, schedules, and guidelines while proactively identifying potential challenges.
Address and resolve any client issues before project submission to the production team.
Set up project specifics to ensure the production team is well-prepared for successful project execution.
Enhance your knowledge of clients’ industries, business objectives, and company cultures to provide exceptional service and support to the project team.
Monitor project progress, maintain strict adherence to deadlines and budgets, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs.
Serve as the central communication point between external clients and internal production staff.
Manage client expectations effectively.
Adhere to all ISO regulations and internal processes.
Troubleshoot issues with projects as necessary.
Understand and communicate specific project instructions clearly to the production team.
Investigate and resolve client complaints as needed.
Engage in discussions with clients and production staff to creatively resolve issues.
Complete any additional tasks assigned by management.
