Join our dynamic team as a Client Services Associate! In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison for our clients, collaborating closely with the Production team to ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion. You will facilitate project coordination, manage preflight activities, input essential information into our internal systems, and guarantee that all elements are primed for production.
Key Responsibilities
Address client inquiries regarding new project initiatives via our centralized technology platform.
Work in tandem with production team members to evaluate project scope and develop cost and timeline estimates for translation projects and requests.
Kick off all project-related activities by delivering comprehensive budgets, schedules, and instructions to the project team, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential obstacles to successful project completion.
Ensure that any challenges are resolved in consultation with the client prior to submission to the production team.
Initiate specific project details as necessary to set the production team up for success.
Actively learn about clients’ industries, business needs, and company cultures to educate the project team and provide exceptional service.
Track and communicate project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets while delivering high-quality outputs.
Function as the central communication point between external clients and internal production staff.
Establish and meet client expectations effectively.
Adhere to all ISO regulations, processes, and procedures.
Proactively troubleshoot project issues as necessary.
Understand and follow project instructions, effectively communicating these to the production team.
Investigate client complaints where appropriate.
Collaborate with clients and production staff to identify issues and creatively resolve them.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by a manager or supervisor.
