Client Services Support Analyst

As a Client Services Support Analyst at Precision Medicine Group, you will be integral to our Client Services team, focusing on the development and deployment of Access Genius, our leading market access solution tailored for biopharmaceutical clients. You will gain expertise in various fields, including business requirements, testing, project management, and the software development life cycle, all while supporting our mission to connect patients with the best possible treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with mentors and leadership to understand project initiation and facilitate your learning and career advancement.
  • Build knowledge in Managed Markets and payer data to enhance client engagement and project management skills.
  • Gather business requirements from clients and oversee the testing of our products.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, communicating accomplishments, risks, and mitigation strategies with team members.
  • Assist in the creative design and submission processes for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MRL) requirements.
  • Learn to navigate client MRL review systems and approval processes effectively.
  • Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders, including Engagement, Business Intelligence, and Application Teams.
  • Oversee the client inquiry process to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
