Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with mentors and leadership to grasp the rationale behind initiating projects, fostering both learning and career development.
- Gain insights into Managed Markets and payer data to enhance client engagement and project management skills.
- Gather business requirements based on client feedback and conduct testing of product offerings.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and maintenance while collaborating with team members to communicate project successes, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate requirements for creative design and manage Medical, Legal, Regulatory (MRL) submission processes.
- Develop expertise in client MRL review systems and approval workflows.
- Coordinate meetings with Engagement, Business Intelligence, and Application Teams, as well as key content experts when necessary.
- Manage client inquiries to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
