Clinical Project Manager

Position Overview: As a Clinical Project Manager (PM) at Ergomed PLC, you will be the central figure for project management, overseeing the training of staff and the execution of clinical studies. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects align with the Sponsor's goals, are completed on schedule, within budget, and adhere to the high-quality standards set forth by Ergomed and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development team in crafting study proposals tailored to the Client’s Request for Proposal and contribute to Bid Defence meetings.
  • Act as the primary contact for the Sponsor.
  • Assess and secure necessary resources for the project in collaboration with the Resource Manager, Office Director, and Functional Head.
  • Ensure that all project team members (Monitors, Site Managers, CTAs, Lead Site Manager, Data Manager, etc.) receive appropriate training (e.g., GCP, SOP, protocol, study-specific procedures).
  • Organize and lead project meetings, including initiation, investigator meetings, and regular team updates, involving all relevant parties.
  • Contribute to the development of essential study documents (protocols, ICFs, CRFs, etc.).
  • Draft and refine project plans that incorporate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guarantee the timely and quality execution of the project.
  • Facilitate the creation of a shared electronic folder for the study, ensuring access to key documents and reports.
  • Maintain study quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Assist with vendor selection and site contracting as per project requirements.
