Role Overview

This full-time CNC Laser Machine Operator position is based in Auckland and works the afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM (40 hours per week). The role starts with a training phase on the day shift (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM) for up to three months, depending on skill development. Early transition to the afternoon shift is possible based on progress.

What You Will Do

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC laser machines
  • Monitor equipment performance and resolve operational issues
  • Maintain production quality and accuracy to set standards
  • Keep documentation accurate and moderately detailed
  • Work independently, managing workload and meeting deadlines

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience operating CNC laser machinery
  • Experience with overhead cranes or forklifts is preferred (training available)
  • Valid driver's license (F-endorsement a plus)
  • Commitment to health and safety
  • Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
  • Ability to work independently
  • Physically fit and dependable
