Your Role

We are looking for an accomplished CoE (Center of Excellence) Technical Expert to become a vital part of our Global Partner Technical Enablement team. This senior-level position will spearhead technical excellence, cultivate partner capabilities, and implement architectural best practices across the AMER region.

The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, data storage and processing, as well as AI/ML technology, combined with exceptional business acumen and communication skills. As a trusted technical advisor, you will empower partners to design scalable, high-impact solutions that accelerate sales cycles and drive partner-led revenue growth.

Your objective is to equip Partners by translating Hitachi Vantara’s product offerings into effective solutions that address customer challenges. In addition to providing technical consultation, you will manage Event and Program Management, orchestrating both physical and virtual enablement sessions that inspire and educate our Partner community.

Your Responsibilities

Partner Technical Enablement & Ecosystem Development (Primary Focus)

  • Design and execute partner enablement programs and technical support frameworks.
  • Facilitate structured onboarding programs, training, and mentoring for partner architects and sales engineers across various regions.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical training encompassing the product portfolio, use cases, competitive positioning, and value propositions.
  • Promote the use of partner portal content and internal pre-sales tools available for partners.
  • Organize and lead regional and international partner events, workshops, and executive briefings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Experts, Partner Account Managers, Engineering, and Marketing teams to synchronize enablement strategies.
  • Establish best practices and standardized approaches throughout the AMER partner ecosystem.
