What’s the Opportunity?
As a member of our EMEA SMB Business sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth among high-potential small and medium-sized enterprise (SMB) customers.
This position is based in our Dublin, Ireland office.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to value-driven demonstrations, negotiations, and closures, focusing on deals ranging from €20,000 to €250,000 ARR.
- Enhance and advance your pipeline through a balanced approach to inbound qualifications and targeted outbound efforts, collaborating closely with SDRs and Marketing.
- Conduct insightful discovery sessions to reveal business challenges, quantify their impacts, and align stakeholders with Intercom's value proposition.
- Present engaging product demonstrations and evaluations that highlight the capabilities of the Intercom Suite, including our Fin AI agent, tailored to meet each customer's specific objectives.
- Navigate procurement, security, and legal processes effectively with assistance from cross-functional teams, ensuring deals progress smoothly with clear follow-up actions and timelines.
- Provide accurate forecasting, maintain a clean CRM, and clearly communicate any risks or opportunities.
- Influence product development by providing structured feedback and insights from the market and customers.
- Embody and promote Intercom's core values in all interactions with clients and team members.
