Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with Intercom’s small business clientele, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer retention.
- Engage with existing customers to identify their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions leveraging our platform.
- Formulate strategic territory plans that highlight opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding into new business units while meeting business objectives.
- Acquire an in-depth understanding of customer businesses and goals, accurately forecasting sales pipelines.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to relay customer insights that spur product innovation.
- Monitor and report on critical metrics related to customer growth, retention, and Intercom product utilization.
- Participate in team mentoring and development initiatives.
