Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with Intercom’s small business clientele, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer retention.
  • Engage with existing customers to identify their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions leveraging our platform.
  • Formulate strategic territory plans that highlight opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding into new business units while meeting business objectives.
  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of customer businesses and goals, accurately forecasting sales pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to relay customer insights that spur product innovation.
  • Monitor and report on critical metrics related to customer growth, retention, and Intercom product utilization.
  • Participate in team mentoring and development initiatives.
