Responsibilities:Work alongside the sales team to effectively communicate Datadog's value proposition, vision, and strategy to clients. Continuously enhance your technological knowledge to strengthen your technical skill set and credibility. Conduct product and technical presentations for prospective clients. Maintain direct communication with the product team to collaboratively discuss feature requests. Assist clients with product onboarding and troubleshooting any obstacles they encounter. Approach a diverse range of technical challenges creatively throughout the pre-sales cycle. Who You Are:You possess knowledge and experience with DevOps monitoring or architectural tools. You are confident in delivering technical presentations and demos to both external clients and internal teams. You can think creatively to solve diverse challenges, as you will encounter new situations regularly. You have prior experience in systems administration, specifically with Windows or Linux platforms. You are comfortable sitting for extended periods, with the ability to travel to client sites.
