We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative based in Coppell, TX to drive our new construction sales in the commercial sector, focusing on sectional and rolling door products, loading dock equipment, and high-speed doors. This role is critical in connecting commercial clients with our innovative solutions in Dallas and surrounding areas.
Position Overview:
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with general contractors in the Dallas/Coppell area.
- Engage with decision-makers to develop tailored door solutions for their facilities.
- Create detailed proposals and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, utilizing Windows-based programs and sales tools; familiarity with blueprints is a plus.
- Meet and exceed sales targets established by management; maintain detailed records of sales leads and activities.
- Deliver prompt and precise estimates and proposals.
- Regularly update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
