About the Role and Mission
As a Commercial Specialist (Mid-Level) at Inter, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies aimed at expanding our client base in the medium-sized enterprise sector. Your mission will be to identify business opportunities, structure customized commercial proposals, and ensure client satisfaction and retention through high-quality consultative relationships.
Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
- Prospecting and developing commercial relationships with medium-sized enterprises.
- Structuring personalized commercial proposals focused on cross-selling Inter's product ecosystem.
- Conducting in-person visits to assess needs and present solutions.
- Leading negotiations and closing new business deals.
- Monitoring commercial KPIs and achieving targets.
- Analyzing client profiles and potential for growth.
