To excel in this role, you will need:A Third Level qualification at degree level in social care, such as youth work, social studies, addiction, psychology, etc., and/or be a CORU registered Social Care Worker. A minimum of two years' experience in community development, social care work, or supporting vulnerable populations. A strong understanding of the core values and principles of Housing First in Ireland. Excellent communication, negotiation, and mediation skills. A valid Driver’s License and access to a car. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients. A grasp of trauma-informed care principles. Creativity and flexibility in developing community integration strategies. Empathy, cultural competence, and a passion for promoting social inclusion. Experience collaborating with various agencies, both voluntary and statutory. As a Community Integration Worker, you will:

Familiarity with conducting assessments, including risk assessments (Desirable). Capability to manage challenging behaviors (Desirable).
