About the Role The FabLab Technician plays a vital role in supporting the efficient operation and instructional delivery of the FabLab. This position enables students to design, prototype, and assess both physical and digital products within a safe, well-managed, and innovative environment. The technician focuses on technical execution, lab operations, and hands-on student support, ensuring that the FabLab serves as a dependable foundation for C4E programs, including venture incubation, maker initiatives, and creative technology projects. Role Responsibilities FabLab Operations & Technical Management (Core Function) Oversee daily operations of the FabLab, including equipment setup, routine maintenance, calibration, and ensuring safe usage. Manage and maintain FabLab tools and systems such as 3D printers, laser cutters, CNC machines, electronics kits, soldering stations, and other prototyping equipment. Provide hands-on support to students during their projects, fostering an environment of creativity and experimentation.
