Position Summary:The Workforce Development Program Manager is a pivotal role within Church at the Park (C@P), responsible for steering the organization’s workforce development initiatives, particularly in the context of a commercial kitchen training environment. This position entails the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of curriculum, program frameworks, schedules, and participant engagement, while ensuring a safe, compliant, and effective daily operation.
