The ideal Superintendent will:Lead and manage subcontractors effectively. Oversee all phases of construction projects from the initial planning stage to completion, whether for public works or private commercial endeavors across various industries. Administer the safety program and hold site safety responsibilities. Represent customer service and manage quality control programs. We seek individuals who are experts in general construction techniques, adept at problem-solving, and possess deep technical knowledge across all aspects of construction (including but not limited to concrete, masonry, metals, wood, moisture proofing, finishes, equipment, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems). Minimum of 5 years of construction management experience. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations. Proficiency in modern technology and strong communication skills. Extensive technical knowledge in various construction facets.
