Your Contributions
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and functionality of shared spaces.
- Monitor office supply inventory and manage orders for office and facility-related needs.
- Coordinate space planning, office relocations, and workstation setups.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees, candidates, and third-party vendors.
- Act as the main point of contact for general office inquiries and support requests.
- Foster a positive office environment, promoting teamwork and assisting employees in achieving their best work.
- Lead and assist with administrative projects across various business functions as needed.
