Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Minimum of 3 years of experience in controls engineering, particularly in PLC design and programming. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D or AutoCAD for electrical/control design. In-depth knowledge of industrial automation systems, including sensors, HMIs, and control panels. Proven experience in control panel layout and wiring design. Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and collaborative skills. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with HMI design and SCADA systems. Familiarity with NFPA 70/79 or IEC standards. Background in a manufacturing or industrial automation environment.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Controls and Design Engineer to become a vital part of our engineering team. The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience in PLC design and programming, along with a strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D or AutoCAD for creating electrical and control system schematics. This position focuses on the design, programming, and troubleshooting of control systems for automated machinery and industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop advanced electrical control systems and PLC-based automation solutions.
Create and update electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and bills of materials using AutoCAD 2D or AutoCAD.
Program, test, and debug PLCs (including Allen-Bradley and Siemens) for new equipment and process optimizations.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and production teams to ensure seamless control system integration with equipment.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new control systems at customer or internal sites.
Troubleshoot control system issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Ensure all designs meet safety and industry standards.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and version control of software and schematics.
