Join our dynamic Recycling team as a Cost Engineer, where you'll play an essential role in the Electrical Department. In this key position, you will:

  • Conduct in-depth technical cost analyses and benchmarking to pinpoint areas for cost reduction across various projects and operations.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to discover and implement innovative solutions that boost efficiency and lower costs, utilizing your technical expertise to assess feasibility and impact.
  • Work closely with strategic sourcing teams to review supplier pricing, contract terms, and negotiation strategies, ensuring they align with technical specifications.
  • Support project planning and budgeting by providing precise cost estimates based on technical requirements.
  • Identify and adopt best practices in cost management and engineering processes, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Modify technical drawings using EPLAN as needed.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and finance, to ensure alignment on cost-saving goals and technical needs.
