Role Overview: Human Resources Manager (Inclusion Management Team)
The Inclusion Management (IM) team leads recruitment and HR operations for employees with disabilities at CLS. This group shapes hiring strategies, manages the end-to-end recruitment process, and supports employees post-hire. The team also analyzes HR data, offering insights to guide decisions and drive improvements. Their work covers recruitment, placement, HR operations, benefits, and employee relations for this employee group, supporting diversity and sustainable growth within the organization.
What You Will Do
- Disability Recruitment Operations
- Create and manage job postings for disability recruitment
- Screen applications and coordinate interview processes
- Track recruitment timelines and maintain communication with relevant departments
- Compile and report on hiring outcomes
- Assist with job analysis and drafting job descriptions
- Recruitment Data Analysis and Performance Management
- Monitor key recruitment metrics such as application, acceptance, and fill rates
- Organize and interpret recruitment data to identify actionable insights
- Report on recruitment performance with clear, logical explanations
- Recommend data-driven improvements to recruitment processes
- General Recruitment Operations Support
- Maintain recruitment process standards
- Organize recruitment documentation and workflows
- Support the management and operation of recruitment channels
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- HR Operations and Systems Management for Employees with Disabilities
- Assist with HR management and daily operations for employees with disabilities
- Support implementation of systems that promote job security and stability
- Review and organize HR standards and operational processes
- Help organize and review HR data for ongoing system improvements
