Your Role
Lead the creative strategy and production for both paid and organic social media campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Meta, Instagram, and YouTube.
Generate a consistent flow of creative content, including advertisements, user-generated content (UGC), engaging clips, and compelling hooks, while testing strategies for effectiveness.
Develop and oversee a network of creators, video editors, and freelancers to enhance content production.
Analyze successful trends in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, the creator economy, and direct response advertising, and adapt these insights for the healthcare sector.
Initiate and expand campaigns aimed at attracting nurses and caregivers for our innovative talent agent product.
Meticulously track campaign performance and swiftly iterate strategies based on conversion data.
Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and emerging formats to maintain a competitive edge.
About You
You have a proven track record in managing paid social media or organic growth initiatives.
You possess a deep understanding of direct response creative, including effective hooks, retention strategies, calls to action (CTAs), and eye-catching visuals.
You are always connected and adept at identifying trends before they reach mainstream awareness.
Your experience includes collaborating with creators or building content production engines, such as UGC, video clipping, and content repurposing.
You are familiar with tools like Whop, Foreplay, Motion, or similar platforms.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and can produce high volumes of quality content.
You are resourceful and capable of shooting, editing, writing copy, and managing ads independently when necessary.
You have a keen sense of taste and strong opinions on what constitutes outstanding creative work.
