Semperis is seeking a Crisis Management Consultant based in Dublin, Ireland. This role centers on helping organizations strengthen their cyber crisis management capabilities. As part of the Professional Services team, the consultant works directly with enterprise clients, guiding them through resilience transformation using the Semperis Ready1 platform.

Role overview

The consultant leads client engagements, assessing each organization’s crisis management readiness and deploying tailored solutions. This position involves analyzing incident response frameworks and providing actionable recommendations to address gaps and improve preparedness. The consultant also translates complex technical findings into clear, strategic business guidance for executive stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary consultant for Ready1 platform deployments, managing onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ crisis management and incident response processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Create customized maturity roadmaps and playbooks that align with relevant industry regulations and standards, such as SEC, CIRCIA, NIST, and ISO 22301.
  • Facilitate tabletop exercises and executive simulations to support crisis response planning and decision-making.
  • Deliver executive business reviews, presenting technical insights in a way that supports strategic business decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate client feedback into ongoing platform development and service enhancements.

Requirements

This position requires a strong background in cybersecurity and a consultative approach to client service. Experience with crisis management, incident response, and regulatory frameworks is essential. The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences is important for success in this client-facing role.
