YOUR ROLE
At Zoku, we believe that food brings people together. As a Kitchen Intern starting in August 2026, you will collaborate with a talented team of culinary creatives dedicated to crafting delightful dishes in our Living Kitchen. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will gain invaluable experience and enhance your culinary skills alongside our team of professional chefs.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
No two days are the same as a Kitchen Intern, but here's what you can look forward to:
- Become a well-rounded culinary professional: Assist our kitchen team in the preparation, cutting, and cooking of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
- Stock management: Support the ordering process with suppliers, evaluate incoming stock for quality, and ensure proper storage.
- Get creative: Participate in the plating and presentation of dishes, ensuring each plate reflects our commitment to freshness and quality.
